What do I put my laundry in?
You can use any bag you have at home, a laundry bag, trash bag, or even a suitcase. We'll return your clean clothes in a fresh TheLaundryMobile bag.
Do I need to be home for pickup/delivery?
No! Just leave your bag in a safe spot (porch, doorstep, with doorman) and we'll handle the rest. You'll get a photo confirmation when we pick up and deliver.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Premium members can access same-day service for orders placed before 10am.
What if something is damaged or lost?
All items are tracked and insured. If anything goes wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with our service guarantee.
